Do you really come to my home or office?

Yes. We detail your car where it is parked: driveway, street parking where allowed, or your workplace lot. We just need room to walk around the vehicle.

How long does it take?

From about 1 hour for an Express Shine to 4–6 hours for a Signature Deep Clean on a large vehicle. The builder shows an estimated time for your exact selection.

Is the price final?

The price you see is an estimate for your vehicle size. If the car needs much more work than expected (heavy pet hair, mold, biohazards), we explain and ask before doing anything extra.

Are your products safe for kids and pets?

We use biodegradable, pH-balanced products and steam inside the cabin. Tell us about any allergies or sensitivities when you book.

What if it rains?

Interior work goes ahead in any weather. For exterior work in heavy rain we’ll offer a new time at no charge.

How do I pay?

You pay after the job is done and you’re happy with it. We’ll confirm payment options when we confirm your appointment.
